The landlady of this minshuku, Mitchan, sells delicious mackerel sushi, sushi rolls and steamed rice with wild plants at a roadside market. She is well-known as a good cook. Her homemade boxed lunches are so popular among local people that she caters for ceremonial meals and minimal orders. You can learn country cooking with seasonal vegetables and wild boar meat. She has knowledge of *Halal and prepares meals following Halal. It can be fun to play around in the large beautifully-maintained grass garden. This place is amusing and relaxing for both children and adults.
*Halal refers to food which Islamic people are allowed to eat. The people in Kibichuo Town are working to create food which follows these guidelines, such as rice flour bread.
