Kibinomori Botanical Garden location has a great stand view of Mt. Daisen in Tottori Prefecture on a clear day. The garden utilizes the slope of the mountain and an observatory and there are white swings in the garden. In addition to flowers for all four seasons, there is a strolling course where tourists can enjoy the superb view of the surrounding Chugoku Mountain range. From spring to early summer, approximately 100 kinds of fragrant roses such as Delberd (the so-called French rose) are in bloom on the edge of the waterfront and in summer lotus blooms with its large flowered blossoms in a biotope garden (pond). Approximately 300 kinds of flowers greet visitors with all kinds of expressions. One of the features of this garden is that visitors cannot only view the flowers but can take part in many activities.
Let’s enjoy athletic sliding on the grass in the kid’s garden using a sliding board and take a rest at the café with its fine view. You can experience many different events at our recommended garden such as seasonal flower arrangements and concerts. In collaboration with Okayama Horseback Riding Club the gardens are offering garden therapy that consists of trekking in the company of a pony. Relieve your daily stress through breathing deeply under the sky while connecting with the flowers. Without a doubt there will be a definite bounce in your step when you leave the garden.
